Capabilities

Everything a GMP quality check system needs

Schedule from master data

Check schedules are generated from product master data and site-level SOP configuration. Frequency, assignee, and check type are all product-specific, not manual-entry.

Automated reminders

Assignees receive reminders at configurable lead times. Overdue checks trigger escalation to QA supervisor with the overdue duration and check details.

Mobile completion

Assignees complete checks on mobile devices at the point of activity. Result entry, photo evidence, and e-signature are all mobile-native, no paper or transcription needed.

Exception auto-trigger

A check result that falls outside specification automatically triggers a deviation intake. The deviation inherits the check context: product, process step, equipment, assignee.

Compliant records

Every completed check produces an electronic record built to meet 21 CFR Part 11 requirements: timestamp, assignee identity, result, evidence, and e-signature. No paper fallback needed.

Completion reporting

Dashboard shows on-time completion rate by product, line, and period. QA management sees check health at a glance, with drill-down to overdue check details.
